With the continuous development of economic level and urbanize construct, more and more high-rise buildings have appeared. High-rise building has several features, such as mufti-floors, big-volume, crowed population. The characteristic of the fire is spreading rapidly, difficult to fight, difficult to evacuate. So in the event of fire will cause heavy casualties and huge property losses, and have a negative social impact. In recent years, there is an important issue which prevents and controls the high-rise building fire effectively. To carry out fire dangerous assessment for building is the base of prevent and control efficiently building fire. Applying catastrophe theory, consulted the way of establishes membership function in fuzzy mathematics, the value of membership of each index is established. Construction the evaluation model of high-rise building for the fire hazard fuzzy synthetic assessment and the example proved its scientificalness and validity.This paper includes mainly:1. Analyze the characteristics of the high-rise building fire, referencing the fire proof design standards of high-rise building, combination the catastrophe theory, the multiple-levels index system of high-rise building fire hazard assessment is established, and designed assessment table of each tip index to quantify the index.2. Utilize the way of establishes membership function in fuzzy mathematics, and combination the characteristics of each index, the author established the membership functions, design assessment table of each tip index in order to determining the value of membership, it means standardize tip index of the raw data.3. Based on the intrinsic mechanism of the unitary formula, the each index's weight in the model is determined, and the total function value can be got through recursion operation with the unitary formula.4. Use Delphi software, the author developed the high-rise building fires risk evaluation system software. The software realized the visual operatin of the evaluation.5. The author applied the synthetic assessment technique for the high-rise building fire hazard established in example, and got the fire dangerous grade of this high-rise building. The example showed that this method is highly practical.The example also made clear that the software is easy to operate with a high degree of visual, and can be popularized in fire hazard assessment for the high-rise building.
