With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the number of high-rise buildings rises sharply,fire accidents occur frequently,and fire safety is facing severe challenges.Fire risk assessment of high-rise buildings can provide reference and basis for modern urban fire protection facility planning,fire performance design and insurance rate formulation of insurance industry.In order to reduce fire accidents and promote the safety level of high-rise buildings,fire risk assessment carried out for high-rise buildings,and measures and Suggestions to reduce fire risk put forward after quantifying fire risk.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the statistics of high-rise fire accident causes,identify the influencing factors of high-rise building fire risk,and according to the principles of index system establishment,put forward the index system of high-rise building fire risk assessment from three dimensions of building fire fight personnel characteristics,building fire fight facilities,and fire safety management.(2)Compile index importance questionnaire,conduct questionnaire survey on relevant experts and industry practitioners,and use SPSS software to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.The results show that the quantity of components obtained is consistent with the number of index dimensions established,and each index of the dimension has a relatively high variance interpretation to its own dimension,indicating the rationality of the questionnaire design.Based on the test,the order of relative importance of indexes determined by the load value of factor variable after orthogonal rotation of factor analysis method.(3)Analyze the concept and characteristics of catastrophe theory,combine the adaptability of catastrophe model and fire risk assessment,and build the fire risk assessment model of high-rise buildings based on catastrophe progression method.In order to solve the problem of large and concentrated numerical value of the mutation series normalization algorithm,the risk classification interval of the mutation function value was obtained by calculating the new corresponding relation after the conventional classification interval was densely selected.(4)With China resources land subordinate buildings as the background,get the underlying index data,the application of the model for fire risk quantification,compared the calculation results and the consistency of the actual evaluation results,verify the rationality of the evaluation model.According to partial correlation analysis,the partial correlation between index A1 and risk is the strongest,which is 0.992,followed by index A2,and finally index A3.Therefore,strengthening safety education of residents and professional training of management personnel is a powerful means to improve the level of building fire protection.
