Of Southern China High-rise Residential Viewing Strategy

Close to nature is the inherent nature of human being. It is easy to fullfil this demand for low-rese courtyard residential. But with the conflict of the increase of population and the decrease of soil, the high-rise residential housing plays an important role in our country. Because of awaying from the ground, peoele who live in the high-rise residential housing is hard to close to nature, and it is conflict with the nature of human being. With the improvement of living standards, people have been not settle for only having a beautiful external landscape,they desire to introduce the beautiful external landscape to the high-rise residential housing, and can taste the nature without going outside. As an architect, we shoule try to find an appropriate approach to eliminate the acrophobia that away from the nature, make the beautiful sence that "it is like traveling in the nature when you are inside the house". So it has important practical significanse to research for the viewing of high-rise residential housing. The paper summarize the approaches used in the design of high-rise residential to enhance the viewing effect with analysing a large number of examples.The thesis is composed of three parts: firstly, it expound correlative theories and the research actuality in our country and abroad; secondly, according to the demands that viewing to the design of high-rise residential housing, the paper studied a large number of examples, analyse a series of approaches in the general layout, the combination of plan, the design of plan and the medium of viewing. Finally, the paper summarized the strategies that used in the high-rise residential housing in the south of our country. Using them properly, we can maximize the value of environmental landscape resources, and make high-rise residntial housing more suitable for living.
