Base on the detailed study and analysis on the seismic activity, seismic geology background, and seismic source, propagation path, state of the site, study the seismic occurrence and the development regulations from the angle of the engineering and dissemination regulations of earthquake, attenuation regulations and earthquake influence to site. Its purpose is to provide basis for the engineering structure's anti- earthquake design, therefore, this research has very important meaning on carry out the target of quakeproof to reduce the disaster and services in the economic construction.
