| With market-oriented reform of China's electric power enterprises in depth, to increase their competitiveness, reduce cost of power generation, and improve the operation and management fundamentally, power generation enterprises actively explore and develop a project, known as Plant lever Supervisory Information System of Thermal Power Plant (SIS).Originating from the actual project of power generation enterprises, this thesis elaborated the concept of SIS. Moreover this thesis planed and designed the overall function of the whole system on the basis of the needs of the plant production and management, SIS system characteristics of two 350MW cogeneration units and the idea of SIS. On security, economic, and practical principles, the thesis suggests configurations of SIS network architecture, software architecture, and software and hardware platform. In addition, the features and functions of SYNCBASE, real-time database used in this system, were introduced with the SIS applications.This scheme has been adopted and to be implement by Jiangyin Sulong Power Company. |
