ZhangJiaKou Power Plant push the deployment of Plant-Level Supervisory Information System(SIS)to comply with the development of enterprise information construction with combing own condition. The paper deals with the system plan and design during the SIS build up process in ZhangJiaKou Power Plant. According to ZhangJiaKou power plant all kinds of control system and the characteristics of the informatization current system analysis, Author plan and design SIS system's overall structure. It includes the network and hardware platform design and employment. SIS interface solution development according to different control system, SIS monitoring platform implementation, and development of SIS report system. Author also summarized PI database management and maintenance methods of ZhangJiaKou Power Plant according to actual employment, customized development of SIS system and further prospects. In this paper, the interface development between SIS system and other control system is critical to the system design, and the stability of interface design is the foundation of SIS system, it turned out to be that the interface solution of is successful. It have provide data base for operation/checkpoint performance evaluation system, mis-operation prevention system after the SIS system successful deployment in Zhangjiakou Power Plant. It also have provided for high-level data sharing and contribute to management, control, evaluation, promotion unit security, stability, economic operation in production process, and finally improve the economic efficiency.
