| The Supervisory Information System for plant level is an important part of theinformatization of electric power enterprise, and it is cement of distributed controlsystem (DCS) and management information system (MIS). Electric power enterprisesmust pay attention to the construction of SIS if it wants to effectively improve theefficiency of production and management and improve labor productivity.This paper states the source of the SIS, SIS is a new concept which was proposedby our country’s information worker when they study the processing between thedistributed control system (DCS) and the management information system (MIS), nowit is playing an increasingly powerful role in power plant production and managementof safety and economy indispensable to modern thermal power enterprise productionmanagement methods and tools.Supervisory Information System in plant level mainly has the following functions:production process monitoring, performance calculation and economic analysis, onlineperformance of unit monitoring and analysis, forecast and preventive maintenance,distribution of power plant the economic load.This paper introduces the technologies used by the system, such as B/S architectureand MVC design pattern, SSH framework, was introduced in this paper. And therequirements of the system are detailed analysis, and complete the summary design anddatabase design according to the requirements analysis, finally implement the functionof the system.Finally, the author combined with the enterprise production process monitoring andcontrol system development and construction process introduces the System overalldesign, system hardware and software structure of the deployment, application module’sfunction and role of SIS.SIS should adopt the real-time/historical data platform, andmature scientific data integration approach should be adopted between with productionprocess automation and should give priority to the construction unit of productionmanagement and operation module and maintenance plays an important role in securitymodule and economy of the module to effective reduce the cost of power generationenterprise... |
