Small Air-cooled Generator Sets Electronically Controlled Fuel Injection System

With the fast development of the small gasoline engine in our country, our country has become one of the small gasoline engine bases. But it was limited by the increasingly stringent emission regulation, such as CARB and EPA. Now the small gasoline engines that our country manufactured are all carburetor gasoline engines. That can't meet increasingly stringent emission regulation.The electrical control fuel injection system has widely used on the motorcycle engine and car engine, so this paper used the electrical control fuel injection system on the small gasoline engine. This paper introduced the electrical control fuel injection system suited to the small gasoline engine, studied the regulation of the parameters of the electrical control fuel injection system and the engine, cumulated the data of the small gasoline engine used the electrical control fuel injection system, and prepared for the application of the small gasoline engine used the electrical control fuel injection system.The paper included the following contents:(1) The paper used the small air-cooled gasoline generator sets to test, and designed the electrical control fuel injection system.(2) According to the principles of the small air-cooled gasoline generator sets, this paper used the air/fuel ratio control strategy by the PID.(3) Simulated the electrical control fuel injection system with the AMESim and obtained the control parameters of the PID.(4) Set up the measure system of electrical control fuel injection system, measured the fuel injection characteristics of injectors, and chose the injector to suit the small air-cooled gasoline generator sets.(5) Tested the small air-cooled gasoline generator sets used the electrical control fuel injection system and analyzed the test results.
