| Mechanical vibration introduced into the metal plastic forming process, not only can reduce the external force required for deformation, but also significantly improve product quality and shape, these effects are due to the volume production of the main effects. Volume effect is added in the processing system, vibration, the metal forming process of the material deformation resistance showed lower deformation rate accelerated phenomenon. Vibrating rotary forging technology is the introduction of vibration technology in Rotary Forging with forming force is small, forming efficiency and the forming precision is high and thus has the potential research value and broad application prospects.In order to understand the volume effect during the process of the vibration rotary forging, the vibration rotary forging force detection system is designed on the base of existing vibration rotary forging equipments The detection of rotary forging force can be realized by the system. Finally, the volume effect during the process of the vibration rotary forging will be verified in experiment with the method of orthogonal experiment. the main works as done as follow:(1) A vibration rotary forging testingmachine is designed with the experimental requirements. The testingmachine is rebruilt from the existing Z512 driller of electromechanical laboratory. Design work includes: design of rocker and vibration exciter, design of structure and feeding device of the testingmachine.Firstly, the general design features of the testingmachine is analyzed, then rocker and vibration exciter is designed on the base of existing rotary forging equipments of laboratory. The constitution of structure of the testingmachine is expounded, and then the design of structure of the testingmachine is completed with design requirements. According to the present conditions of electromechanical laboratory, feeding device of the testingmachine is designed.Then the detail drawing and assembly drawing of the testingmachine is draw. Finally, parts manufacturing and assembly of the testingmachine is finished.(2) According to testing requirements, the structure of vibration rotary force detection system is analyzed, and the appropriate sensors is selected by the present conditions of electromechanical laboratory.and the sensor signal conditioning circuit, A/D conversion circuit and serial communication circuit is designed. AT89C51 MCU is selected as lower computer for force data acquisition in the detection system,and the data communications between the IPC and MCU can be achieved by the communication circuit.(3) By using the method of modular design,the applied software of vibration rotary force detection system is developed successfully,which mainly includes the lower MCU control-software and the upper PC control-software. The lower MCU control-software, including the design of main program, data acquisition module and serial communication module,is developed with C51, which makes data acquisition and data upload during the process of vbration rotary forging. The upper PC control-software, including the design of serial communication module, data store module, data display module and man-machine interface module, is developed with VC++ 6.0 .The design of serial communication module is developed with the MSComm control unit in VC++ 6.0.The upper PC control-software completes such functions as data accept, data store and display.It is shown from above that the vibration rotary forging force detection system is comparatively complete and will lay the foundations for later experimental analysis. |
