Along with national economy's rapidly expand, the electric power is remarkable importance in our social economy life's day by day, making electrical power system's safe and economical operation, keeping the power supply reliable and the good power quality already became the major event in our life But the reactor takes the important means in the reactive compensation ,that is very important to improves the electrical energy quality.In recent years reactor's development was rapid, the type was also many, the controllable reactor is widely paid attention to for its reactance's continual controllability, magnetism valve type controllable reactor (MCR) became the focal point which everywhere scholars studied in recent years.Based on the MCR's reactive compensation system is an item of new reactive compensation technology, it is static state compensation system which can adjust the reactive power stepless. Because its control is flexible, the speed of response is quick, the construction cost is low, the running attention is simple, the reliability is high, it not only could regulate the system reactive power smoothness, suppress the power frequency over-voltage and dive for the electric current, enhances the system stability, but also has merit of enhancing the electrical network to transport the capacity, reducing the electrical network line loss , being honored as the 21st century's power equipment, having the widespread application prospect in the electrical network. Therefore, the research on MCR have the practical significance.At present mainly concentrates to the MCR research on single-phase MCR, existing single-phase MCR mainly has single-phase three column and the single-phase tetrastyle two kinds, it may divide into the single stage and multistage magnetism valve of two kind according to its magnetism valve structure. Single-phase MCR the application which already succeeded by its unique merit in traction substation,extinguishing coil domain and so on, but about three-phase MCR has not seen any literature reported at present.Three-phase MCR compares with three single-phase combined MCR not only has the above merit, moreover might also reduce the ferrite core material use, reduced the production cost, thus more economical practical, the application prospect was better, this article to the three-phase MCR structure, the principle of work and the electromagnetism computation will carry on the analysis, and carried on the design to three-phase MCR, has established its 2D simulation model with the Ansoft electromagnetic field analysis software, carried on the winding amperometry, the ferrite core magnetism dense analysis, the harmonious analysis, and carried on the optimization design to it. Carries on the discussion to magnetism valve parameter to the reactor capacity's influence, introduced that magnetism valve type controllable reactor's design process, finally will carry on the design the design of the type controllable reactor's reactive power compensation system control section based on MCR.
