It's difficult and non-economical to resolove the power problem of these people who live in remote areas away from the broad as masses of peasants and herdsmen.It's suitable to resolove this problem with the mini-vertical axis of wind turbine for these areas without electricitiy based on the distribute of the wind resources and the situation of electricity net in our country.So that,one kind of mini-vertical axis of wind turbine is designed and its wind wheel is optimized in this paper.The style and relative parameters of the blades in the wind wheel was undoubtedly the most important factors to affect the efficiency of the vertical axis of wind turbine. This article extract the curvature, the setting angle and the number of the blades as the object in this study. First of all,the author designed the cover plate of the wind wheel to fulfill the requirement of changing the parameters, for example, the variable number,the different setting angle and the different curvature of the blades.Thus,under the same wind speed,we can get the biggest efficiency of the wind wheel by compositing these parameters.Then we draw a clear conclusion that the efficiency of the wind wheel is biggest when the blade is bent with the number of 12 and the setting angle is 30°in our experimental.In order to make clear the flow field in and around the wind wheel when it turns,this paper make a 3-dimensional numerical and simulation analysis of the wind wheel in the vertical aixs of wind turbine base on the real test data by the software of the CFD-fluent.We use creativity the method of MRF in the analysis,then we got the graph about the pressure and the vertical of the wind wheel and the air flow in and around it. It's proved scientific after comparig the result of the analysis and the experimental data, and it also provides a good reference for the further researching of optimizing the style and the some other paramaters of the baldes.
