The threaten of the low speed targets such as armed helicopter and unmanned aerial vehicle is increasing in the modern war. the floating balloon or the the low velocity aircraft model (Low Velocity Object for short) which velocity is under 30m/s is imported as the simulation target in the general training of the anti-aircraft gun FCS (Fire Control System). Normally, the estimate for the parameters of the moving target and the solving of FCS hitting equation in the theory of the FCS is covered the velocity of the uniform linear moving target from 30m/s to 300m/s.This paper explores the area of tracking and shooting for the low velocity object, and intend to explain the mainstream method of target tracking and shooting in the practical from the view of the FCS mechanism. First, contents like the establishment of the low velocity object model, building up the target movement model, algorithm for the estimate of the target movement parameters, the solving of shooting parameter for the anti-aircraft gun and the method of shooting comprehensive correction would be introduced. Secondly, according to the FCS theory, the target airway simulation data and measured data is imported as the cornerstone, digital simulation for those calculations above would also be involved.The research contents and results are as followed:(1) This paper is focused on the low velocity mobile object, and by analyzed the features of the relevant coordinates, the movement model and measurement model which are specified for the low velocity moving target is established, and the features of each model would be compared. Beyond the comparison, the details about the gauge variance calculation under the rectangular coordinate system will be figured.(2) The movement model establishment will be separated into three parts and each part specifically focus on one of the typical low velocity object movement which are balloon model, uniformly low velocity object model and spiral low velocity object model. Based on the classic kalman filter algorithm and the fixed memory least square algorithm, the parameters of the mobile target are estimated, and the analysis on the target tracking accuracy of the relevent moving target model will be compared through the digital simulation(3) Under the concern of the real-time application, the recurrence least square algorithm is applied for the fitting of the anti-aircraft gun shooting data, after the analysis on the fitting accuracy, the anti-aircraft gun shooting parameter solution would be introduced.(4) Through the analysis of the shooting parameter on the low velocity object in the simulation, the rationality on arbitrary correction method of the command and control System is figured under the practical situation, while the movement model hypothetical inaccuracy exist or unexpected system error occurs in the FCS.
