Nowadays, the user is not any more satisfy with the applicability of product, more and more physiology and psychology demands are put forward. In order to make the instrument more safe,low-cost, the designer combine the industrial design with the human-computer engineering and they regard human-machine-environment as a unity to make the whole system coordinative to create a instrument and working environment suit the operator most and achieve a highest comprehensive efficiency.The computer aided design can bring a more accurate and scientific results during the pre-design, and it does parallel design by the use of virtual simulation technique with the date of products and ergonomics. It can also confirm the usefulness of product, cut down the design cycle and cost.The lower limbs rehabilitation devices discussed in this paper is to satisfy the users whose muscle and joint need rehabilitation. Its proper external monitor can help the doctor to view the user's service condition and recovery condition. Based on ergonomics, we design and estimate a lower limbs rehabilitation device after summarizing the existing product. According to the ergonomics data, we adopt part data of GB/T10000-1988.In this paper, the model of rehabilitation devices is set up in SolidWorks software. Related ergonomics knowledge run through the modeling and the product semantics, color psychology is aided to the design.To make the product meet the psychic need of users, we analysis the colour and modeling, the product and its operate environment for the sake of joy to users.With the help of powerful man-machine interaction module in CATIA, the system simulation analysis in this paper includes human posture analysis and human motion analysis. According to the apply purpose, relocation type,we choose the P95 manikin and determine its motion. Then we make an animation and analyze the human posture and the human motion of the manikin. And at last we evaluate all kinds of conditions.
