Because of a variety of unexpected incidents and natural disasters that human can not resist such as earthquakes produce a large number of wounded or disabled person, and because of human disease such as brain injury and spinal damage and apoplexy, nerve damage, can cause a large number of wounded or disabled person, meanwhile, the process of aging population of our country is being accelerated, the more elder, the more limb questions will produced .These wounded and diseases bring great agony and inconvenience to the patient's life. With the development of society, the constant improvement of people's material and spiritual life, the wounded or disabled patient's hope to resume to their own limb function has been already higher and higher, and they hope that they can resume viability as soon as possible, so they have much more urgent to demand to recover their limbs function.The main content of this research has the following several part:Part one, through the investigations of upper and lower limbs rehabilitation products' domestic and foreign development situation, combine the domestic market and national conditions of our country, Our goal is to design a kind of passive and active upper and lower limbs rehabilitation device that is very cheap and have simple construction and good recovery function. Then,described the recovery function on the wounded or disabled people's limbs of the treatment of movement recovering from medical science.Part two, This text focuses on the aesthstic rule of styling and color design of industry design and puts forward my own view to the appearance and color of the rehabilitation device design, and proposes several kinds of sketch and focused on applying the human-machine engineering research method in the process of the passive and active upper and lower limbs rehabilitation device design.Part three, utilize the method of Computer Aided Ergonomics Design, and simulate the posture of human train on rehabilitation device, and appraise the posture, and obtain the guidance data of rehabilitation device design.Through the design of passive and active upper and lower limbs rehabilitation device and human-machine engineering analysis and research, the research results of this subject can offer scientific theory and method for studying in design and human-machine engineering analysis of the rehabilitation device, and discuss some respects of Computer Aided Ergonomics Design.
