The Research Of Coal Quality Adaptive Control Strategy For Pulverized Coal Unit Agc

The coal of many power plants is complex in Yunnan Province. In addition to easy to turn off the pulverized coal units, AGC automatic regulating quality is also poor. So this paper proposes coal quality adaptive control strategy of AGC.First of all thermal power units run data been pre-processing, identification of nonlinear dynamic model of 300 MW, last configured the model in MAXTOOL4E software. The coal quality signal uses measuring parameters of the DCS, take advantage of this ratio signal automatic correction related to fuel volume, air volume conditioning system, etc. Optimization algorithm for coordinated control system, reduce the side of steam turbine interference to boiler control. Using virtual DPU in the MAX, Studied the effect of improved control algorithms.In Xuan wei power plant have done the coal quality adaptive transformation, the effects is very satisfactory.
