The Study, Based On Test Results Speed ​​railway Maintenance Of The Track Inspection Car

The influence of track irregularity on vibration of train-track system is great. With the development of speeding-up and high-speed railway in China, the requirement to track irregularity and the volume of maintenance of track are higher. Therefore, this thesis "Study on maintenance of track of speeding-up line based on geometry measuring data of track inspection car" has very important value. At the same time, it has also guidance performance to track maintenance. Based on geometry measuring data of track inspection car in section K44 to K60 of Guangzhou-shenzhen line with speed of 200 km/h, the major jobs and conclusions completed in the thesis are as follows.1. Considering many track geometries exceeding tolerances at K44 to K60 district of Guangzhou-shenzhen line with the speed of 200 km/h, the track geometry measuring data by track inspection car are analyzed at the district. The results show that the track cross level and lateral vibration acceleration of the car-body are the two important factors in track maintenance work at the district.2. The reasons why track cross level and lateral vibration acceleration of the car-body increase at the district are analyzed. The results show that unreasonable curve parameters mainly lead to track cross level and lateral vibration acceleration exceeding their tolerances.3. The track quality status is assessed according to the track quality index (TQI) by the track inspection car at the district. And some proposals about laying down plans of composite repair of track by using TQI are presented.4. The safety and comfort of train running on the district are evaluated by the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment. The results show that the safety and comfort of train running on the district at the speed below 200 km/h can be guaranteed.
