In a large collection of relevant material, both at home and abroad on the basis of extensive, in combination with the status quo, according to the power of the modern and intelligent development, requests, we have developed a method based on the ARM and AVR twin CPU power factor of transmission lines of intelligent control system. The system adopts single-chip microcomputer technology, data statistic analysis of advanced technology, through the single-chip computer completes related parameters electrical net read, processing and analysis of the power factor, and can handle on the accurate and timely. The power factor automatic compensator is to improve the power factor of system of power electronic devices, automation through its adjustment function, make the reactive power consumption is minimized, to make full use of electricity, save electricity.Firstly, this paper introduces the traditional power factor compensation device are analyzed, and the disadvantages of researches on the status of the system, and discusses its advantages and disadvantages, and further discusses the electrice net control mode. And on the power factor of reactive power compensation technology, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various compensation method for the design of the system, and provides beneficial basis.Then, according to the actual conditions of our country, we chose the ARM series microcontroller, power factor compensation technology acquisition and discussed, Based on the current professional chip, choose suitable grid structure is, and has good performance and powerful features, and the chip on the chip are reviewed. Next on the system design principle, structure and mode, this paper probes into the structure of the system, the hardware diagram, and introduces the work principle, the unit part of the system hardware and software system, expounds the functions and software flow chart. AVR adopts the system function, simplify the outer circuit, and realized the power factor of automatic acquisition, processing and distribution management, improving the function of intelligent, automation, scientific level.Finally, the power factor control system, system areas in need of improvement is discussed, and according to the modern electronic technology, computer technology and intelligent technology, the development trend of electrical net development of measurement and control system for objective forecast.
