Jiaoji Passenger Dedicated Line Track Bed Quality State Parameter Test Research

According to Technology Research and Development Projects,Experimental study on the quality state parameter of ballast of Trans-interval Jointless Line for Qingdao-Jinan Passenger Dedicated Railway(WJPDR),of Jinan Railway Bureau in 2007,three test sections of railway lines for soft soil subgrade,bridge and deep cutting from the east interval of Weifang, the west interval of Zibo and the interval between Weifang and Zibo were selected to test separately before unit track locked, after the trans-interval jointless line rolling compacted for three months by railway truck and before the running velocity of improved to 200km/h.The field trials were taken in March, May and December of 2008 respectively.The main research contents of this paper as follows:(1)To present the assessing results of quality state parameters (density, vertical resistance, lateral resistance of ballast and stiffness of ballast under sleeper) of trans-interval jointless line before unit track locked, trans-interval jointless line locked and running velocity of improved to 200km/h.(2)To make the suggest to revise the values of state parameters ballast and lateral resistance of ballast over bridges based on field testing on quality state parameters of ballast of WJPDR.(3)To get the fitting function of lateral resistance of ballast by using polynomial regression analysis for analyzing and calculating track stability of WJPDR.(4) To research and develop the portable detecting device to test the vertical and lateral stiffness of ballast and the ballast stiffness under sleeper rapidly.(5)To raise the suggestion of the method to control the ballast quality during the construction of passenger dedicated railway.Experimental Study showed that: (1)The values of ballast state parameters can meet acceptance criteria at different constructing stages.(2) The line of WJPDR in the east of Zibo run total 5600 passenger trains in 140 days after opening. To compare the test data of March and May and some new changes appear in the second and third test section, the main changes are that the discreteness of ballast state parameters decrease,and the stiffness of ballast under sleeper decreased too.(3)The researched and developed portable detecting device for testing the vertical and lateral stiffness of ballast and the ballast stiffness under sleeper can get the accurate testing data quickly and are adapted by many construction enterprises.(4) During Different construction periods, with different implements,and under different operation circumstances,the ballast state parameters varied accordingly.
