Some having been put into operation made contributions for the passenger diversion. service quality whether demanding of very good, bringing its superiorities and characteristics into full, will matter to its success or failure. a series of scientific and reasonable assessment index system must be founded to analysis and estimate the service quality of passenger dedicated line, which provide decision-making support for the railway passenger traffic enterprises effectively, to improve the situation of service quality.The article introduces extensional theory.the matter-element model for passenger service quality evaluation is presented by studying the adaptability between passenger service quality and extensional theory. Utilize implication system analytic principle of extention theory decompose many complex factors,and build the element implication system based on the goal matter-element,given the principle and contexts of indicator system. A coupled weighting method for determining service quality assessment indexes based on AHP,and expert's recognition tendency has been presented. Combine grade-correlation degree mathod with customer satisfaction degree to evaluate the service level in indexes. and utilize superiority evaluation method to evalutate the total level of service.lastly,analyzing the data with the SPSS, to prove the effectiveness of the questionnaire and the rationality of indexs,to reflect the service quality level.an application example is given to verify its validity and practicality, with theoretical value and practical meaning...
