Arrival and departure tracks utilization, receiving routes and dispatching routes selection and adjustment are researched. The research purposes are as follows. Firstly, arrange tracks and routes appropriately for trains received and dispatched when making stations working implementation plan of passenger dedicated lines. Secondly, adjust routes scheme and arrival and departure times of trains reasonably when trains delay.Tracks utilization multi-objective optimization model is built. Two objectives are minimum travelling times of trains in station and balanced utilization of tracks. Constraint conditions include transferring trains sharing the same platform, turnaround trains using the same track, avoiding convection between passengers getting on and off. Based on objectives coordination optimization idea, algorithm of the multi-objective model is proposed. Taking Jinan West Railway Station as an example, tracks utilization scheme of all day is calculated. The optimization scheme indicates that compared with established one, travelling times in station decrease4.17%; quadratic sum of the deviations between total occupancy time of every track and average time decreases57.41%.Multi-objective optimization model of station receiving routes and dispatching routes selection is built. The optimization objectives are maximum preference trains selecting routes (minimum sum of weights trains selecting routes), balanced utilization of tracks, maximum number of trains received and dispatched by basic routes. Comparing method of routes conditions receiving and dispatching trains is put forward. According to the method, weights can be evaluated appropriately. Algorithm of the multi-objective model is as follows. Firstly, consider the first and the second objectives based on objectives coordination optimization idea. Then, consider the third objective by qualitative analysis. Routes scheme during one day of Jinan West Railway Station is calculated. The optimization scheme indicates that compared with established one, weights sum decreases9.19%; quadratic sum of the deviations between total occupancy time of every track and average time decreases57.84%. Moreover, it can be seen from the situations of basic routes selection and ending trains arrangement that for optimization scheme, there is also a significant improvement.Two routes adjustment optimization models are built. The two objectives are maximum preference trains using tracks, minimum deviations between actual arrival and departure times and ideal ones. Routes conflict constraint is analyzed in detail, and general expressions of routes conflict constraint are given. Calculation method of routes adjustment optimization is as follows. Firstly, obtain tracks adjustment optimization scheme and actual arrival and departure times by solving the two models one by one. Then, confim routes adjustment optimization scheme and actual arrival and departure times. Considering the situation that all trains delay seriously, this paper designs a1hour timetable that doesn’t consider routes scheme, and can make trains recovery punctual running as soon as possible. Apparently, this is a timetable of trains arriving and dispatching compactly. According to the timetable, routes adjustment optimization scheme and actual arrival and departure times are calculated. The optimization scheme indicates that, there is1train doesn’t use established track, all trains select basic routes, and the deviations between actual times and ideal ones is10minutes. The scheme reflects the two objectives well, and is rational.It can be seen from comprehensive analysis of every instance that the methods put forward are rational and effective, and are fit for calculate tracks utilization and routes selection problem in the stage of making stations working implementation plan and routes adjustment problem in the stage of making trains working adjustment plan.
