| With the development of concrete structure towards long-span, heavy load, light-weight, high strength and good durability, High Performance Concrete (HPC) has been becoming the first choice material of concrete structure today. HPC has been widely using in construction. The use of the admixtures and superplasticizers makes the concrete quality factors more complex, so how to control and evaluate the quality of HPC is a research issue in the field of engineering quality control.The main work and achievements in this paper are as follows:1. According to the production features and construction system of HPC, the paper has put forward a control system of HPC which consisted of pre-control, mid-control and post-control. In mid-control stage of HPC, a quality control method to use current sample information as soon as possible was put forward. This method not only reflects the current state of quality, but also predicts and analyzes the reliability of the next stage. Combining with the WENMING ultra-big bridge, the paper has counted the valued range of parameters in HPC evaluation formula, it provided scientific evidence for the modification and definition of coherent code.2. Considering engineering feature and raw material distribution of XIARONG express highway, on basis of experiments and theoretical analysis, early age strength of HPC depends on W/C, and its long-term strength depends on W/B. By use of the acting effects of mineral admixture, C50, C55 and C60 HPC were prepared, meet the requirements of highway pre-stressed concrete bridge girder, C55 HPC were applied to WENMING ultra-big bridge.3. According to the tests of ultrasonic detection, rebound method and compressive strength on 72 specimens, this part engages in the preliminary study on nondestructive test technique of HPC. The paper makes a more accurate and more convenient special Strength Curve which reflected the relationship between the rebound value and the strength of HPC, it is helpful for the evaluation of HPC structure strength of XIARONG express highway. |
