With the decreasing of energy sources and aggravating of worldwide environment, energy-saving and emission reduction have become two themes of social development in the 21st century. As an approach to utilizing energy scientifically and supplying energy high efficiently, gas turbine is attracting more and more attention. The government pays more attention to environmental pollution and the rational use of energy, and carries out a series of positive policies to support this new way of energy utilization. So aeroengine power generation has a wide market prospect in China. However, the controling technology lags far behind its urgent demand. The key technology of core controlling part is almost grasped by foreign companies, which seriously restricts its development in this country. Therefore, the developing of gas turbine power generation control system makes sense for our country.This paper mainly completes the design and realization of gas turbine power generation control unit. At first, the author introduces the hardware and characteristics of the products of GE and SIEMENS. Based on analysis of the first generation of gas turbine power generation control unit GTC-XZ03V1, the author analyzes and designs the system architecture, module form, module function, communication and communication strategy from both the respects of principal and function. The author completes the detailed design of electric circuit which includes digital I/O,analog Input,PWM output,PT100,high speed input,communicate circuit and so on. In the paper, the system software design and realization are also completed FPGA program. In the same time, the EMC design of the control unit is also discussed detailedly.Finally, the paper also completes the following work: debugging of module function,EMC test and field test. The result of test shows that this control unit meets the need of the power station. Now, three generators are working well.
