With the increase of communication speed in automobiles,the suppression of noise has become one of the key issues in the hardware design of controller.Power integrity has become a key factor that restricting the development of the system.The Power Distribution Network(PDN)provides a coupling path for noise currents,and a good PDN design improves the overall performance of the controller.The Transmission Control Uint(TCU)is the core of the development of automatic shifting systems.In order to design a high-performance TCU,based on hardware circuit design and PCB power integrity design,this dessertation did the following research:The system requirements were analyzed and the design scheme of TCU hardware was proposed.Through the demand analysis,the appropriate integrated chips were selected,and the parameters of the passive components were obtained by parameter calculation.The circuit function and the parameter of passive components were verified by simulation.According to the power module management scheme,power conversion chips were selected,parameters of passive components were calculated,reasonable power module was designed in this derssertation,and power filter was designed with the chip characteristics.Mainly consider three factors:signal interference,signal jitter and signal amplitude,suitable processing circuits were designed for signal swithching,analog,and frequency signal.According to the anaysis of solenoid valve driving requirements,a suitable MOSFET drive method was selected.And based on the MOSFET selection method,the appropriate MOSFET and freewheeling diode were selected.PCB of TCU with low impedance PDN was designed.The impedance characteristics of capacitor were studied based on theory.Through theoretical guidance and simulation verification,this derssertaion was studied PCB area,power ground plane distance and core chip position and the best PCB stack design,the PCB layout and decoupling range were obtained.According to the power integrity design goal,a suitable capacitor decoupling scheme with low impedance PDN is obtained through simulation.The power integrity of the TCU was simulated and verified from the aspects of synchronous switching noise and DC voltage drop.Finally,the rationality of the power integrity design to improve performance of TCU was verified through test.
