Digital Instrument & Control System(DCS for short)is a distributed control system based on computer and network communication.DCS for nuclear power plant is divided into the safety level and the non-safety level.China National Nuclear Corporation has carried out the research and development of the third-generation safety-level DCS for nuclear power station to to improve the level of localization and research.This incident will effectively improve the research and development level of China’s nuclear power DCS on key technologies to ensure China achieves the national strategic goal of "going out".The paper is based on the safety-level DCS control station as the research object,establishes a set of nuclear power safety-level DCS product development technology based on FPGA technology,and realizes the localization of the nuclear power station safety-level DCS.This paper takes the safety-level DCS control station as the research object,establishes a set of technology for the development of nuclear power safety-level DCS products based on FPGA technology.Finally,the localization of nuclear power station safety-level DCS will be realized.This article first explains the research status and the significance of the subject at home and abroad,and then introduces the concept of nuclear power digital instrument control,overall requirements and system functions,and designs the overall hardware architecture.The core of this article is to develop the hardware design based on the overall hardware architecture of the control station and related technical standards.The hardware design adopts generalized design technology for functional module design,forming modular standard components and standard circuits,and realizing data processing,control logic,interface protocol and other functional modules in a full hardware manner.The hardware design includes many advanced features such as diagnosis,testability and redundancy,and has significant features in fault detection and isolation.Finally,according to the requirements of the standard,combined with the product characteristics of the DCS system,the circuit-level hardware white-box test is carried out from the four characteristics of power supply,signal integrity,timing and unit circuit.Its purpose is to verify the correctness of the hardware design at the realization stage of the product development life cycle,and to ensure that the electrical characteristics of each unit circuit of the hardware meet the requirements.This paper discusses the key points in the hardware design and test technology of the safety-level DCS control station.The universal design technology in the hardware design method improves the design efficiency,long-term reliability and maintainability of the digital instrument and control system.FPGA technology solves the deficiencies in the complexity of application software and operating systems based on microprocessor technology.Advanced features such as diagnosis,isolation and redundancy make DCS more reliable.The hardware design and test methods discussed in this paper are also applicable to other safety-related control systems and have important reference significance.
