From the security of entire air transport system and economic benefits, the new scheduling algorithm can not directly be examined in the actual operation system. In the process of developing the runway scheduling optimization algorithm, it's essential that how to verify the newly developed algorithm for the safety & practicality, and how to save money and control characteristic information.Computer simulation is a system technology of object study on the computer. In the system, we can establish the system of formal mathematical model and achieve the research system purpose at a certain pilot program by numerical calculation model. Therefore, the use of computer simulation can not only significantly reduce testing costs and risks, also giving full play to the computer high-speed, precise characteristics of the program. In a short time to achieve massive improvement in sieving and the optimal solution, there is conducive to the realization of the optimization system to improve the feasibility of experiments.This article first brief introduce the content of " scheduling optimization algorithm based on multi-objective heuristic runway" ,and then analyze the current domestic and international airports in a complex and uncertain operating environment of multi-runway airport to construct a dual parallel runways with a standard model of the airport runway.Through the system, we can simulate the airport flight scheduling process on Matlab platform system according to the airport model and create a simulation corresponding algorithm model, by which, the system can compile the various stages of simulation program and simulate the dynamic process of a departing aircraft through the ramp, taxiways to reach the runway departure queue, inserting the crossing request of approaching aircraft and the final take-off. Through the simulation approach, we can compare the results of the initial output results with the optimized scheduling operations, and have a comprehensive analysis of effectiveness and stability in a variety of situations and. At the same time, we can aslo have a further examination of functional requirements during the airport ground operations, and design the relationship between parameters and variables through the simulation of airport operations (take-off, landing, parking,and so on) ,so as to verify the validity and practicality of scheduling optimization algorithm.
