With the development of airport traffic, delays of large multi-runway airport have become prominent increasingly in China. The complex airport surface taxi network of multi-runway has increased the difficulty of surface scheduling, crowded surface occurred and conflict always occurred. Since, by analyzing the research status of airport surface scheduling optimization at home and abroad, the optimization of sequencing and launch time of departure flights are studied. From a new angle, airport surface scheduling optimization of multi-runway are researched. The study object in this paper is long-distance parallel runway configuration, which is common use in multi-runway operation in our country, in addition to this, this paper basing the independent departure model to conduct the research. The mainly research contest are as follows:1. By introducing the controller's habits into the departure flight scheduling, and according to the aircraft minimum safety interval, the sequencing models of departure flights of multi- runway based on the controller's habits are established. For the problem of small fight departure flow, the method of exhaustion was adopted to solve it, and the model was also verified with an example. Results showed that compared with method of first come first service, the model of sort algorithm would reduce the total flight delay time effectively.2. Based on the research of scheduling problems of departure flight, the different taxiing distance from the different stands and runway capacity factors are considered, and the launch time model of departure flights of multi- runway airport is built. And to verify the model with example, a heuristic algorithm is designed. The results showed that the model can effectively optimize flight launch time and reduce surface congestion compared with the way of first come first serve.3. By analyzing the problems of launch time of departure flight, the typical constraint of taxi conflict is introduced, combining the problem of departure sequencing and taxiing, the optimization model of launch time with no conflict is built, and the genetic algorithm is designed, at last with the actual data the model is simulated. The results showed the effectiveness of the model and algorithm, and compared with the launch strategy of first come first served, the model could optimize the flight launch time and the allocation of runway, at the same time, it could avoid the taxiing conflict.
