The subject introduces the control system global scheme of the axisymmetric vectoring nozzle based on axisymmetric vectoring nozzle and DSP in order to fulfil require of the control system of the middle thrust engine axisymmetric vectoring nozzle.And it mainly introduces the project design and digital simulation base on the control system.The paper introduces the development actuality and problems of the thrust vector control technology inside and outside country. Establish control system structures of axisymmetric vectoring nozzle and explain the control system function.In order to establish kinematics model of control machine of axisymmetric vectoring nozzle that fulfil precision and real time, analyse the movement law of axisymmetric vectoring nozzle through simple way.The model can actualize steady-state and dynamic-state simulation including actuating cylinder displacement, throat area, nozzle area, deflexion azimuth and deflexion angle.The paper achieves the scheme design of axisymmetric vectoring nozzle based on embedded digital control system , the hardware circuit used TM320F2812 processor , software structure based on PID and control flow .Through analyse,the performance of the control system is feasible and it may fulfil the control requirement of axisymmetric vectoring nozzle.
