Axisymmetric vectoring exhaust nozzle(AVEN)has the advantages of complete function, light weight, little difficulty, high flexibility, good stealth performance, easy modification, etc. The parametric representation of the structure under the condition of the same topological relations of the vector nozzle is realized. The Tcl/Tk scripting language and the HyperMesh macro are used to make the secondary development,by which automatically the automatic meshing and automatic softening of the key parts are finished.A flexible Curve-Curve high constraint model was developed to construct a simplified model of complex rigid-flexible contact modeling between A8 roller and flexible convergence skeleton. The flexible platform and the flexible Curve-Curve high constraint model are integrated into the axisymmetric vector nozzle rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics modeling platform, which improved the modeling process of the platform, and simplified the simulation model. The deflection angles of different initial phase angles are calculated and the corresponding deflection angles are obtained and compared.HyperMesh secondary development system is developed to improve the HyperMesh software capability and product development efficiency. The basic knowledge, process and method of secondary development are researched and discussed in detail, which is instructive for the development of similar products. The influence of the flexibility of the key parts on the deflection efficiency of the vector nozzle is quantitatively analyzed. It is concluded that the flexibility of the A9 loop is the main factor of the deflection efficiency, which provides an important basis for the subsequent simplified modeling and fast performance simulation.
