New Pneumatic Electrical Control Systems Applied Research

Compressed Natural Gas Vehicle is welcomed by various countries for its low energy consumption and low pollutant emission,Compressed Natural Gas is the best Internationally recognized automotive alternative energy。With China's development and utilization of natural gas and automotive industry's growing demand for compressed natural gas,In recent years, China has successively built and put into operation a large number of compressed natural gas filling stations。Recently,the three-gas cylinders (group) and three-line intake air refueling system in CNG fast filling station is considered an ideal high-performance low-cost gas filling control mode。Firstly,the filling machine takes gas from the low (priority) cylinder,then,it turns to the medium cylinder when the pressure between the inside of the automobile cylinder and the low cylinder or the filling rate less then the default value,and so on,until the high cylinder。Then,the filling course finished。In this paper, I chose the CNG fast filling machine in the CNG filling station for study and expounded the principles of the electric control system in the filling machine。For that the filling machine currently on market is single function, complicated operation and not high degree of automation,I improved it and designed a new type of centralized electric control system for the filling machine。The feature of this new type of centralized electric control system is using a new, high-speed industrial grade processor。The work speed of this processor is ten times of the common processor。It can seamlessly connect peripheral devices, increased the integration of the system, improved the system's processing speed and ensured the stability and reliability of the system。This system including several communication interfaces like RS232,RS485,RS422。The data could be transmitted directly to the host computer,it facilitated the routine maintenance and statistical inquiry of the transaction data。This system uses the mass storage, you can save 12,000 transaction data and 8000 blacklists.
