| The technology of concrete structural strengthened with CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer)is a newly emerging structure reinforcement method. Many applications have been obtained in the reinforcement domain because of the carbon fiber material's light weight, corrosion preventive, intensity and construction convenient. The key point of the CFRP concrete structure depends on the quality of agglutination between carbon fiber cloth and the concrete. Therefore, it has become an important task. The methods of Experimental Research and theoretical analysis are used in this thesis, which has conducted the preliminary study about CFRP and the concretes.Two CFRP-concretes contact surface bonding properties experiments have been designed in this thesis. The first is a comparative experiment about CFRP glue length and width.60mm,80mm and 100mm long CFRP, altogether 18 small test samples, are glued onto the pure concrete and the textile fiber concretes surface. Then, in the width comparative experiment, the stretch experiment is carried out under the dead load, in which 50mm and 100mm wide CFRP are glued onto the pure concrete and textile fiber concrete separately. After that, according to the experiment about actual stress and the strain relations, comparative analysis of the two kinds of operating modes is conducted. Simultaneously the effective caking length is inferred. The second experiment is the cant pull of CFRP. In the experiment, the test samples are also divided into the white clothing concretes and the textile fiber concretes and three angles are applied, which are 0°,8°,15°. Altogether there are 18 test samples with which the destruction supporting capacity comparative analysis is made. The concretes surface caking length direction strain and the caking destruction form and so on are observed in the two experiments. CFRP along the length direction caking shearing stress change curve has been drawn up under the different loads, and comparative analysis is made on the test result. It is discovered that the contact surface of the fiber concretes is obviously stronger than the pure concrete and strength under each kind of operating modes enhanced in different levels.Finally, the ABAQUS software is used to carry out the numerical simulation to the double shears test and the comparison is made between the numerical analytic results and the experiments'result. |
