| Carbon Fiber Reinforced polymer(CFRP) due to its light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance and the advantages of simple and fast construction has become more and more popular and the first choose for structure reinforcement material. A large number of experiments and engineering practice shows that the key of structure reinforcement by FRP is to make the two can coordinated force to form an organic whole, as far as possible in order to increase the effectiveness of bonding.For coastal areas of buildings, reinforced concrete structure in the seawater for a long time, and is often under the special circumstances of salt fog corrosion, caused structure damage due to the physics and chemistry of the seawater. In addition, many sea component is the most serious impact on the reinforced concrete structure in the chloride ion and sulfate ion, chlorine ion research relatively more in single environment factor, sulfuric acid ion single environment factor research is relatively less, but don’t have the unified simulation environment, cause the discrete test results, even contradictory, no coupling between the experimental research on the environment. Therefore, this paper further study on the durability of adhesive interface of CFRPconcrete in a marine environment on the basis of previous studies, test content includes the following three aspects:(1) The durability of CFRP sheet. 72 CFRP sheets evenly distributed in three types of the corrosion solution for corrosion aging test, there are 30 CFRP sheets in indoor as contrast experiment after reaching age by tensile test to determine the mechanical properties of CFRP plate.(2) The corrosion resistance of high performance concrete. 45 to 100 mm * 100 mm * 100 mm test cube evenly distributed in three types of the corrosion solution for corrosion aging test, take another 18 contrast specimen in the indoor after reaching age took out a set of test cube compressive strength. 9 to 100 mm * 100 mm * 100 mm rectangle block evenly distributed in three kinds of the corrosion solution for corrosion aging test, take another 3 indoor contrast specimen, after reaching age determination of take out a set of relatively move mode and quality loss.(3) Interface bonding durability of CFRP to high performance concrete. By double shear test, studies the properties of CFRP to high performance concrete interface bonding in three kinds of corrosion solution. Through the analysis of failure pattern, bearing capacity of interface of the specimens, the end slip and the change of the shear stress distribution, etc, before and after soaking in corrosion solution, discussing the corrosion effect of three kinds of solution on the properties of CFRP-concrete interface bonding effect rule and mechanism of action. |
