Power Plant Network Security Isolation And Real-time Data Acquisition System Research And Design

As information technology continues to evolve, many companies use computer networks and computer information technology to achieve different DCS systems of information sharing and integration, to some extent to achieve a production system of information management. However, because of network security issues, makes the non-production network can not be real-time sharing of corporate management and equipment of production data, the formation of informationi islands. The subject of the security gateway with separate equipment to achieve production networks and office networks secure connection, use file security gateway transmission mechanisms to achieve real-time data from the production network to the office network of one-way transmission. Panzhihua Iron and power plants taking into account the needs of specific application environment, using Microsoft dot net technology architecture for DCS data acquisition, network transmission and data storage. This paper completed the following aspects of the work.1.according to Panzhihua Iron and Steel plant in existing industrial control networks and office networks, status and characteristics of proposed separation of the production network based on security and office networking as a whole solution. And in networking technology, equipment selection and configuration, network implementation and testing aspects of a more in-depth analysis and research.2. For Panzhihua Iron and Steel plant of existing industrial control network performance and data transfer requirements of real-time data transmission system for power plants a needs analysis and system design is proposed based on. NET platform, three-tier software architecture model, and according to system requirements carried out a database design3. According to security gateway data transmission characteristics, study of the inside and outside the data transfer mechanism between network and security safeguards.4. in the detailed design of the system, based on real-time data transmission system for power plants is encoded to achieve. And the results are tested; test results show that the overall system performance meets the design requirements, better stability.
