Lead is one of the element which are harmful to human body,with the environment around us being severely polluted day by day,it can get into our body by the access of food chain and soil, water and air.Especially,lead has heavy influence on child, it is accordingly of far reaching importance that improving the level of our peoples' health particularly the children health by popularizing the detection of lead and promoting the efficiency to detection.In our actual works,it will have the extensive prospect in application that we develop the instruments with high precision and high efficiency.At present,there are lots of methods to detect the lead in blood,for example, ZPP(zinc protoporphyrin),DPSA(differential potentiometric stripping analysis),ASV(anodic stripping voltammetry),GFAAS(graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry),FAAS(flame atomic absorption spectrometry,ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry),HG-AFS(hydride generation—atom fluorcscence spectrometry). GFAAS and ASV are the methods accurately to detect the lead in blood by common consent in the world.Among the two methods, GFAAS is strict in sample disposal and working conditions,furthermore,it must have the system of background correction to avoid Zeeman effect,and must guarantee that the wave length is stable on 283.3 nanometer.On the basis of comparing the methods to detect the lead in the blood comprehensively,I select the DPASV of ASV in this dissertation,it is a electrochemistry analyzing technology which has high sensitivity,and is applicated in sorts of trace meter elements on quantitative analysis,it's sensitivity is higher than spectrophotometric method,it's investment is smaller than the atomic absorption's,moreover,its operation is convenient and fast,This system achieve that the data collection of detection and quantitative analysis, measuring data storage and results displaying,communication with the computer by Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter,the sequence transacting of detection results.The operator can make statistical analysis with the receiving detection data or run relative electrochemistry working station to compare the measuring method. This dissertation adopt the DPASV to detect the lead in blood,research the best measuring condition,moreover,make a foundation of measuring method.At the same time,the detection results are made to do reproducibily experiences.Use the DPASV to do the experience on standard sample (quality control sample) detection,adopt the analog method to compare with upgrading GFAAS and HG-AFS in practice.The analysis results make us satisfied.
