This item belongs to Steellex Science Instrument Company's"Auto-Coagulation Analyzer". It is a medical instrument used in blood disease diagnosis. Operators need only to put blood plasma and reagents in the right positions of the instrument and set parameters, other works, such as mixing the blood and reagents, heating, testing and analyzing, are finished by the device, which can does several items at the same time, and it is efficient.This device is separated into two parts: the user operation software and the control entity. The target of the software is to offer a friendly GUI for the operators. The control entity is to finish tasks by testing blood coagulating time and sending results to the user operation software.The control entity is separated into two parts: the data net and the controlling net. The device has two testing trough and can test up to 16 blood items at the same time. The control net is composed of three parts: the left arm unit, the right arm unit and the cells move unit. The left arm unit and the right one have the same framework, and they are made up of four electro motors, a DC electromagnetism valve and some transducers; the cells move unit is made up of five electro motors and some transducers.Because of its complexity, the controlling net is designed into three layers framework: the top manager unit, the mid action controller unit and the bottom motor controller unit. The top one is the brain, and it analyzes and explains order frames from user's software, harmonies actions and organizes testing data; The mid one is the limb, and it has self-governed aptitude control backbone, and communicates with other limbs; The bottom one is the instrument's joint, and it has self-governed aptitude control backbone and knows its position through transducers, keeping from running into each other.Writer of this article has participated in the design and debug work of the device's controlling net, by designing CAN, IIC, UART, EEPROM, and etc, editing communication protocols and design debug software. By now, the instrument can meet the basic need, and can do one or more tasks at the same time.
