After the nuclear Industry 272 Plant uranium purification plant technological transformation, many equipments, devices and constructions (building) retired, yielding contamination on the surface of these devices, equipment and construction (building) solid materials and the methods and technologies, such as scraping, strippable coating, chemical solvent washing and melting were used in this case ,the experimental results showed: (1)Scraping decontamination is favorable for the low contaminated components on the surface of the solid;(2) Strippable coating decontamination is suitable to treat the loose contaminated components ;(3)Chemical solvent washing can decontaminate high surface contamination. The decontamination efficiency of various solvents is inorganic acid>organic acid>alkali and oxidant. The best chemical decontamination solvent is sulfate acid(3%~5%), The decontamination time is usually more than 1h and optimum decontamination time is 3~4h;(4)Seriously contaminated components on the surface the solid materials have to be decontaminated by melting. The absolutely most of radioactive nuclides are transported into tiny slag after melting.
