Non-Avionics Monitoring Processor is a centralized BIT (Build-in-test)equipment, which main function is to monitor electronic/mechanical electronic systems of underlying support and auxiliary use in flight or combating, including the fuel system, hydraulic system, engine system, such as more than 10 subsystems. Aeroengine is the heart of aircraft; their monitoring is of great significance. As electronic technology, especially computer technology and microelectronics technology development, adopting NAMP to monitor the engine working condition, the system can be better improved the system's task reliability, security and usability.The subject of non-aviation electronic monitoring(NAMP) system processor is a subsystem of key project-XXX Fighter Integrated Avionics System. This dissertation mainly research NAMP system and the engine system of cross-linking software design and implementation. Firstly, the dissertation introduces non-avionics system processor background, outlining its definition features and NAMP system development status at home and abroad, and describes the main content in the dissertation.Secondly, analyze input and output signals of non-avionics processor system, study its working principle, present non-avionics processor's the function module, base on which design non-avionics processor hardware architecture.Then research based on VxWorks embedded systems program structure design and implementation, and divide non-avionics processor cycle tasks according to their function. Design the non-avionics processor working mode under different applications, and analyze the working mode.Next, designed and implemented a non-avionics and engine system processor cross-linking software. Engine discrete variables and vent temperature, speed and other information collected through the cross-linking software into non-avionics processors, NAMP processes the engine state information, then output to the display device in the cockpit,thus supplies the real-time engine information for the pilot.The dissertation presents flow charts of each of the programs, as well as some key code.Finally, the test data was verified in the laboratory simulation system environment.
