The operation and reliability of total Power systems are mostly characterized by distribution system reliability.Research and application of distribution system reliability can effectively assure the quality of power supply and modernize power industry, and promote and improve power industry production technology and management, and improving economic and social benefits, the distribution network construction and transformation plays an important guiding role. The distribution system connected the users directly, made the greatest impact on reliability. The distribution system reliability evaluation is very important for improving the reliability of the distribution system.This paper introduce fix quantify and economy evaluation of distribution system reliability. Combined the distribution network of the factory, the paper analyzed the characteristic, require of power supply and mode of distribution system. It focuses the factors and method influences the reliabilities of distribution system. The paper builds the power and operation component model. For the complicacy of the distribution system, the paper bring forward' predigest method and make a foundation for the distribution system. This Paper presents a general method of reliability economic evaluation in distribution system which based on Semi-Markov Process and aimed at the uncertainty of failure duration distribution. It gives a reliability assessment model for element longevity, maintenance time submitting to a random distribution. It introduces customer interruption damage function and gives a calculation method of interruption cost in imperfect maintenance.The Paper compares Semi-Markov method to assess the reliability of complicated distribution system. It offers a simple system to testify its correctness and validity, reveals its compatible with the Homogenous Markov and Weibull Markov model, and could subtly reflect the effect of maintenance time on reliability cost indices.
