| Based on 17 germplasms 41samples with 1-3 ages from cultivated fields of Zhejiang and Yunnan provinces, main agronomic characters, mophylogical characters, polysaccharide contents, total alkaloid contents and each element contant were studied which aimed to reveal the genetic diversity and genetic variation of Dendrobium officinale germplasm resources and provide scientific basis for the authenticity identification and the breeding of D. officinale. The major results were as follows:There were significant variations in agronomic characters, mophylogical characters from different cultivated fields. According to the main mophylogical characters of stem, samples could be divided into 3 types. The plants those were characterized with stem small at buttum and big in the middle were referred to type 1; the plants those were characterized with violet stem were referred to type 2; the plants those were characterized with green stem were referred to type 3. According to the main mophylogical characters of leaf, samples could be divided into 2 types. The plants those were characterized with wild leaf were referred to type 1; the plants those were characterized with narrow leaf were referred to type 2.The polysaccharides content of samples were significantly different amond germplasms and physiological ages. The materials shoud be havest at second year when the polysaccharides content was highest. The total alkaloids contents of D. officinale with different Germplasms and physiological ages existed significant discrepancy, and it increased with the growth of ages. The total alkaloids content was connented with mophylogical characters. The total alkaloids content of cultivated D. officinale in Yunnan province was higher than that in Zhejiang province. The metal element contants of D. officinale with different Germplasms and physiological ages existed significant discrepancy. The As,Hg,Pb elements content of D. officinale in in Zhejiang province were in the limits while some samples of Cd elements content were out of the limits. |
