Dendrobium officinale, perennial herbages in orchidaceae genus Dendrobium,Wild Dendrobium officinale resource is a national key protected Chinese herbal medicine.Due to the long-term predatory indiscriminate mining and man-made destruction and non-limited utilization, wild Dendrobium resources are endangered or approached in exhausted. In order to better protect and make up for the shortage of the resources of Dendrobium officinale and meet the needs of the market for Dendrobium officinale, the imitating wild cultivation technology of Dendrobiumofficinale is an important measure to ensure its sustainable utilization. However, climate is an major factor that affects the imitating wild cultivation techniques of Dendrobium officinale. There are few reports on climate suitability of Dendrobium officinale. In this study, based on the ydrothermal resource and light resources in Guizhou, and combined with the climate similarity theory, the fuzzy degree of membership function of two value model was introduced, and studied the climatic suitability of Dendrobium officinale in Guizhou by GIS technique, which is conducive to the Guizhou province to give full play to its superior climate resources introduction and adjustment of industrial structure.According to the principle of optimization of the suitability of Chinese medicinal materials, adjust measures to local conditions and reasonable layout,to avoid blind introduction. This study provides theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the wild cultivation of Dendrobium officinale in Guizhou.Temporal variation characteristics and spatial distribution regularities of temperature, precipitation and sunshine in Guizhou during the past 50 years, were analyzed using the meteorological data of 84 meteorological stations in Guizhou province from 1965 to 2015.The biomass and effective components of Dendrobium officinale fresh samples were measured and analyzed, which collected from 11 different geographical location in Guizhou province, drawing on the results of previous studies, the local actual situation and expert opinion, selected the annual average temperature, average temperature in January, the minimum temperature in January, average temperature in July, the highest temperature in July,?10? active accumulated temperature, precipitation, relative humidity and sunshine hours of 9 climatic factors as zoning index.Make an analysis of the correlation between the effective components of Dendrobium officinale in the 11 sampling sites and 9 climatic factors of the local meteorological station.and established a multiple regression model between the meteorological factors and the effective components of Dendrobium candidum.Identified the Zoning index and weight of affected the Growth and development of Dendrobium officinale, and analyzed the climatic suitability of Dendrobium officinale in Guizhou by Arc GIS.The results show that:(1)The annual average temperature, the extreme minimum temperature and?10? active ccumulated temperature were showed obvious interannual fluctuations in Guizhou Province during the past 50 years, and there is a clear upward trend, but the sunshine hours and annual precipitation showed a downward trend of fluctuations. The annual average temperature, the extreme minimum temperature and?10? active accumulated temperature of high latitude and high altitude regions are relatively low,and the heat condition is relatively poor, such as Zunyi and Tongren in the northern of Guizhou and Weining and Hezhang in western of Guizhou.Low latitude and low elevation areas are relatively good thermal conditions, such as Xingyi and Ceheng and Wangmo in the southwest of Guizhou,Luodian in the south of Guizhou and the valley of Chishui in northern Guizhou. The annual sunshine hours are high in the southwest and low in the northeast. The annual precipitation showed a tendency to be more in the South than in the north, and more in the east than in the West in Guizhou.(2)The moisture content of Dendrobium officinale stem was about 65.98%,and the average moisture content of leaves was about 67.06%,the stem height is between12.07 cm and 17.83 cm,and the stem diameter is between 3.01 and 5.56 mm,its main components are polysaccharides, alkaloids and amino acids,in addition to Zhenfeng, the polysaccharide content of the other 10 samples were up to 25%,the content of polysaccharide and alkaloid content were significantly different.Dendrobium officinale fresh products contain 17 kinds of amino acids,in addition totryptophan, contains all the amino acids required by the human body, the contents of methionine, tyrosine, leucine and lysine were lower, which accounted for only 11.51% of the total amino acids, and glutamic acid, serine and alanine were relatively high, accounting for 37.05% of total amino acids.(3)Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide content and the annual average temperature, average temperature in January, the minimum temperature in January,?10? active accumulated temperature and sunshine duration were negatively correlated, and the average temperature in July, the highest temperature in July, relative humidity, altitude and precipitationare positively correlated. The alkaloid content and annual average temperature, average temperature in January of January, the low temperature, the average temperature in July, the highest temperature in July,? 10 ?active accumulated temperature were positively correlated with precipitation, sunshine duration and altitude are negatively correlated. The total amino acid content and the average annual temperature, average temperature in January of January, the low temperature, the average temperature of July,?10? active accumulated temperature, precipitation, relative humidity was positively correlated with the highest temperature in July, sunshine hours and altitude were negatively correlated. There was a significant positive correlation between stem height and average temperature in January, and was negatively correlated with the highest temperature, longitude and latitude in July. There was a significant negative correlation between stem diameter and average temperature in July, the highest temperature in July, longitude and latitude, and there was a significant positive correlation between precipitation and sunshine duration.(4)In this paper,?10? active accumulated temperature, annual average temperature, average temperature in January, the minimum temperature in January, the average temperature in July, the highest temperature in July, relative humidity, sunshine hours, rainfall 9 climatic factors as the Zoning index of Dendrobium officinale.Their index weight was 0.17,0.16,0.18,0.16,0.19,0.03,0.05,0.04,0.12.The most suitable areas for the development of Dendrobium officinale province in Guizhou are mainly in the southern part of the province and a few counties in the northern regions.Suitable areas are mainly concentrated in the southern, central and eastern parts of the county, the basic suitable areas are mainly concentrated in the central and eastern Guizhou provinces.Unsuitable areas are mainly concentrated in the western and northern parts of the Guizhou province.
