Angelica's formation of medicinal value is the important period of harvest and obtains economic benefits.In order to explore the effects of fertilization on production and quality in angelica's formative medicinal value and nitrogen,phosphorus absorped law and resolve the problems of fertilization,this thesis aims to provide some scientifical bases so as to master the fertilizer demand of angelica's and improve its quality through the study of 3414 soil testing and formulated fertilization,dipping with Sodium Humate,foliage application and nitrogen,phosphorus absorped law.At the same time,some theoretical guidance is offered for construction of GAP base.The main study results are listed as follows:1.Through 3414 soil testing and formulated fertilization,for nitrogen,phosphorus, potassium3factor test,research findings,N1P1K2treatment mean 75 Kg/hm2of N,45 Kg/hm2of P2O5 and 60 Kg/hm2 of K2O was the highest production,which was 3285.00 kg/hm2,and compared to CK 2862.15 kg/hm2,it increased 14.77%.2.Dipping by Sodium Humate+ fertilization can increase production and effective ingredients content.Highest of plant height,leaf number,leaf area and root dry weight when Sodium Humate centration was 0.6%+13.5 kg/hm2 fertilization,the highest of root dry weight was 29.77 g,and compared to CK 26.8 g,it increased 2.97g and yield of 3079.73 kg/hm2'it increased 29.23%.But Sodium Humate centration was over than 0.6%+13.5 kg/hm2 fertilization,the plant height,leaf number,leaf area and root dry weight were reducing.The ferulic acid content of every treatment have reached the required standard pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China,the highest of ferulic acid content was Sodium Humate centration of 0.8%+18.0 kg/hm2fertilization.3.Foliage application can promote angelica's growth, chlorophyll content, incerese production, reduced transpiration rate. The production of every treatment were higher than CK,and Lion Horse Brand Fertilizer treatment was the largest yield increase,which was 1725.92 kg/hm2,and compared to CK 1514.32 kg/hm2,it increased 13.97%.4.The dry production of angelica's in 1514 kg/hm2 level,the plant need absorption N 98.19 kg,P2O5 64.45 kg from soil;and producet prel 00 kg dry angelica's,the plant need absorption N 6.48 kg,P2O5 4.25 kg from soil,absorption ratio was 1.52:1.The angelica's overground part absorped N,P2O5 showed M type absorption trends,overground part absorped N showing N type absorption trends,P2O5 absorption trends Showed a continuous increase in root.The highest of plant N,P2O5 reached a maximum in the perio of harvest. Therefore, nitrogen dressing in angelica's formation of medicinal value must applied with the method of light dressing in earlier stage, heavy dressing in later stage and moderate dressing in middle stage.Suggesting that dressing N ratio of basal and top dressing is 4:6, and top dressing in the middle ten days or late of July; phosphorus dressing applied with the method of up magic before and after equilibrium.
