The leaves, stems, roots, buds of Angelica boltings and the leaves, roots of Angelica unboltings are the main test materials in this paper. We determined the change of physiological and biochemical indexes, such as soluble sugar, starch and endogenous hormones(GA3,ZR) etc, which are in the different parts of Angelica boltings and unboltings; In addition, with the use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for methodological exploration of the conjugated gibberellin determination, which aims at revealing the influence of the existence form of gibberellin to Angelica plants blossom, for further research its functional mechanism foundation lay the foundation. The main research results obtained as follows:(1) the content of soluble sugar and starch are often as important indexes, which are the carbon nutritional status in the plant. this paper adopts anthrone colorimetric method for the determination of soluble sugar and starch content, and analyzes the C/N. the results show that, carbohydrates as nutrients are mainly storaged in the roots of Angelica unboltings, promoting their swollen and growth, but the plants need a large number of nutrients supply in their flowering and bolting time, high levels of carbohydrates in the roots and leaves of Angelica boltings, which are partly transported to the stem, decomposing and releasing energy to meet the needs of blossom.(2) Phosphorus combines with protein or fat, which form nucleoprotein, phosphorus protein and phospholipids etc, also have few other organophosphate and inorganic phosphorus compounds. While protein is as the material foundation of life, closely links together with life and various forms of life activities. Therefore, this experiment determines the content of the total phosphorus and the soluble protein phosphorus, the results show that, the buds of Angelica bolting plants have the highest content of soluble protein phosphorus, the content in the leaves and roots of Angelica bolting plants is significantly higher than the leaves and roots of unbolting plants, and the ratio of total phosphorus and soluble protein phosphorus in each part of bolting plants is higher, which explain that many proteins of bolting plants are emerged in the form of phosphorylation.(3) Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determines the content of gibberellin (GA3), conjugated gibberellin, zeatin riboside (ZR) in different parts of Angelica boltings and unboltings, and ascertains the best method of extraction and determination of the conjugated gibberellin. Analysis and study the relationship between these endogenous hormones and Angelica early bolting. The research results show that, the existence form of endogenous gibberellin plays a key role in plants' blossom, under long-day conditions more gibberellin synthesized in the leaves and gibberellin storaged in the roots are transported to the stems, which have an effect on the growing point, inducing plants to blossom. While ZR is mainly synthesized in the roots of Angelica plants, stems and buds are its site of action, and therefore influence the plants' blossom.
