The volatiles was extracted from the flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia L in Lanzhou by steam distillation,solid-phasemicro extraction or simultaneous distillation extraction,then its chemical was analyzed by GC-MS.The volatile oil was extracted from the flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia L by steam distillation and then its chemical constituents was analyzed by GC-MS and Chromatography peak area normalization method to calculate the relative content of each constituents.54 compounds were separated and identified,96.89% of the total mass fraction. The main chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the flower of Elaeagnus angustifolia L were ethyl trans-cinnamoate(77.36%),(E)-2-methoxy-4-(1-propenylphenol)(3.03%),ethyla cetal(2.70%), ethyl cis-cinnamoate(1.09%), ethyl benzenacetate(1.06%), ethyl benzoate(1.03%), transnerolidol(1.03%), and so on.The volatiles was roundly extracted from the flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia L by simultaneous distillation extraction,using solvent of dichloromethane or ethyl ether,and then its chemical constituents was analyzed by GC-MS and Chromatography peak area normalization method to calculate the relative content of each constituents.54 compounds were separated and identified in total.The main chemical constituents of the volatiles from the flower of Elaeagnus angustifolia L were ethyl trans-cinnamoate, the content of it is 81.57% on average.The experimental study based on headspace variance design for extraction effects of different the type of PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) fiber,temperature and time solid-phase microextraction has been developed to analyze the volatile compounds in the flower of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. One-way ANOVE (analysis of has been obtained). The optimum extraction conditions of SPME-GC are 35℃extracting temperature,35 min extracting time, and using 75μm PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) fiber,with ultrasonic assisted.Application of headspace solid-phase microextraction-GC-MS for volatile analysis of the flower of Elaeagnus angustifolia L showed that the 45 ingredients were separated in total and 36 of them were identified. The main chemical components of the volatile compounds in the flower of Elaeagnus angustifolia L were ethyl cinnamate, the ratio is 64.65%.
