The Empoasca vitis (Gothe) is one of the most hazardous pest on the Tea Plant in our country. It grows concealed with small endoplasm, overlapped generations and accelerated reproduction. The insect both adults and nymphae could absorb the Tea Plants juice to obstacle Tea Plants nutrient normal absorption to descend Tea Plants photosynthetic efficiency, germinating density decreases, breed budding badly, germinated lately, tea-leaf stop growing, severity influenced the yield and quality. In recent years, the Empoasca vitis (Gothe) have more serious harmful. To explore the treating effection of harmless insecticides to the Empoasca vitis (Gothe), the author collected current pesticides in the market to process the test fungicide control effect. The test fungicide control effect result showed that it has good effect on prevention and long protection effect of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, emamectin benzoate and pymetrozine. The isoprocarb has highly readily availability. The control effect more than 80% after dusting insecticide which mixed Pymetrozine with isoprocarb, emamectin benzoate with isoprocarb, imidacloprid with isoprocarb seven days. There is no significant difference of the control effect compared with the isoprocarb. The results showed that it is higher than others of the control effect that mixed imidacloprid with isoprocarb. The percent reaching 86.34%. The control effect is also over 80% of mixed Pymetrozine with isoprocarb. The control effect is significantly higher than isoprocarb and imidacloprid be used separately at 0.05 level. The toxicity of pymetrozine isoprocarb and their mixtures to the Empoasca vitis (Gothe) is determined by leaf immersion. Bioassay showed that the toxicity of pymetrozine to the Empoasca vitis (Gothe) is higher than isoprocarb. Its LC50 respectively is 1.02μg/mL and 28.66μg/mL. The experiment of versus ratio of results shows that expressed available ingredients in pymetrozine:isoprocarb is 1:1-4 that all show certain enhancing effect. Among them, when pymetrozine:isoprocarb is 1: 4, the co-toxicity coefficient is the highest one, that is 149.3.Through Field Tests of process 50% of pymetrozine isoprocarb WP, the results indicated that its control effect is more than 90% to the Empoasca vitis (Gothe). Using extracting efficacious components 30g,25g per mu could control the development of Empoasca vitis (Gothe), safe to the Tea Plants. It has great value and popularization in Tea Production application.
