Turpan cockfighting in Sinkiang and rose comb chicken are rare species of chicken. As they are only for strife and ornamental most of time, we should study the value of their meat in depth in order to improve the quality of rare local varieties of chicken meat , if they are needed to product for the expanding group. Single comb, rose comb, beans comb and walnuts comb chicken are analyzed in the survival rate, immunity, resistance to disease, feed intake and so on during the process of feeding and experiment. The results show that the single comb chicken has the strongest disease-resistant, highest survival rate, and the lowest average live weight in 100 days'. Walnuts comb chicken is of the highest mortality, but the worst resistance to disease. The overall average weight of live walnuts comb cock is up to 2651±196.54g.Both of rose comb cock and hen with the highest slaughter rate contain moderate intramuscular fat. It can be seen that the performance of the rose comb chicken in the production of meat is better than the other three comb types of chicken on muscle tenderness. And its meat tastes the best. In overall assessment rose comb chicken is the best used in producing chicken meat. In future experiments and breeding work, we should try to increase its live weight in order to enhance their performance of consumption. Walnuts comb cock live weight is significantly higher than the other comb chicken. Because of its poor slaughter rate and meat quality, it has further potential improves in the value of its meat.H-FABP gene polymorphism genetic analysis indicates that within ten pairs of primers there is no polymorphism in H-1644 and H-2180 primer and H-89 primer amplified fragments of four comb-type chickens are low-grade polymorphism. H-110 primer amplified fragments of four comb-type chickens are low polymorphism. H-274 primer amplified fragments are moderate polymorphism in single and rose comb chicken, high polymorphism in beans and walnuts comb chicken..H-528 primer amplified fragments are low polymorphism in single comb chicken, moderate polymorphism in the others. H-775 primer amplified fragments are moderate polymorphism in single and beans comb chickens, and low polymorphism in the others. H-1910 primer amplified fragments are moderate polymorphism in rose comb chickens, and low polymorphism in the others.H-FABP different single-locus genotype of fat-related traits analysis shows genotype AA in locus of H-528. The least squares means of abdominal fat weight is highest,the value is 50.77. From the experimental results, we can initially infer: H-FABP gene may have great impact in chicken meat quality traits or chain to the main gene controlling slaughter performance and meat quality traits. B allele in H-FABP gene could greatly affect meat quality traits. It is meat flavor that can be used in breeding as a molecular marker. The index value of AA genotype traits is good. As AA genotype have a certain impact on chicken flavor traits, it is the genotype of great value. The correlation analysis about H-FABP gene and fat traits was carried out.The influence of different loci genotype on abdominal fat weight and intramuscular fat content is not significant (P>0. 05). After studying candidate gene of fat traits, we learn that it is better not to choose beans bomb type chicken as a study object. The different single-locus genotype of fat-related traits analysis shows genotype BB in locus of H-528,the value of rose comb is 164.07.
