IIThis study of bovine lactoferrin (bLF) gene promoter region of the PCR-RFLP analysis and found that bovine lactoferrin gene promoter region polymorphism was analyzed as a recessive mastitis the feasibility of molecular markers of resistance, at the same time to explore the health of dairy cows with mastitis breast recessive metabolic characteristics of free radicals, in order to clarify the pathogenesis of recessive mastitis theoretical foundation laid.1. Bovine Lactoferrin Gene Promoter Region Polymorphism and Subclinical Mastitis Correlation AnalysisIn this study, using PCR-RFLP technique of bovine lactoferrin promoter region polymorphism detection carried out. The results show that bovine lactoferrin in the promoter region of HinfⅠrestriction site polymorphism exists, the restriction site by the two kinds of control of codominant alleles. In the health group, to AA genotype-based difference was significant (P<0.01). Mastitis in the hidden group, to BB genotype-based difference was significant (P<0.01).AB genotype frequencies in the 2 groups did not differ (P>0.05). Health group is higher than the frequency of a recessive allele mastitis group (P<0.01), Subclinical Mastitis Group B allele frequencies were significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.01), average body cell (SCS) 2 there is no difference between groups (P>0.05).Subclinical Mastitis group, cows Lf gene promoter region of the HinfⅠrestriction site of theχ2 significantly higher than the level (P<0.05), shows that the locus of the gene imbalance, health groups met Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium showed that lactoferrin polymorphism and mastitis-related recessive.2. Breast of free radical metabolism and Subclinical Mastitis Cows Correlation AnalysisAnimals within the radical changes in the breast and mammary epithelial cells and abnormal cells is closely related to metabolic function. This test kit for the use of cow serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) content measured results show that the hidden suffering from Bovine Mastitis malondialdehyde (MDA) production increased (P<0.05), antioxidant enzymes SOD activity decreased(P<0.05), GSH-Px activity(P<0.01), total reduced antioxidant capacity (P>0.05). Mastitis milk hidden room peroxidation occurred, decreased total antioxidant capacity, anti-oxidation system can not clear the breast of reactive oxygen species and their products, causing inflammation of the mammary gland cells.
