Oil flax is one of the main oil crops in Gansu Province.In this paper, the fertilization of nitrogen nutrients with phosphorus.Using Dingya-17 as experimental material, adopted the same method of experiments testing combined with laboratory analysis.Studying on different growth stages under different treatments,soil organic matter and soil available nutrients dynamic changes; different flax parts absorpted nutrient status in different growth stages ,flax yield and it's components. The results showing as follows:1. Fertilization can increase soil organic matter and available nutrient content. For organic matter, organo-inorgano-mixed fertilizer can significantly increase organic content,which significantly higher than chemical fertilizers. Soil available nutrients in different growth stages repeated "M"-shaped trendy.There is no significant difference of soil available nutrient contents in different fertilization.But to the contribution of soil available nutrient ,organo-inorgano-mixed fertilizer more than chemical feitilizers.2. The absorption of nutrient by flax mainly concentrate on flowering stages and mature stages,emergence less than them. Fertilization can promote the absorption of nutrient by flax seeds, leaves, capsules, bark and roots. Chemical fertilizer and organo-inorgano-mixed fertilizer was significantly higher than the single application of inorganic fertilizer or organic fertilizer,all of them NPK fertilizer was the most effective. From the distribution of flax nutrients, vegetative growth, N, P and K mainly focus on stems and leaves, which range of 0.93kg.hm-2-33.13kg.hm-2,0.68kg.hm-2-19.47kg.hm-2,2.81kg.hm-2-52.14kg.hm-2,which share of the total number of 61.07%-63.37% , 72.48% -73.19% 26.77% -30.51%. Compaired with CK, fertilizer can increase flax N, P and K harvest index, respectively ranged from 63.92% to 66.09% ,74.73% -75.50% 31.23% -34.05%. All of trentments, NPK fertilizer nutrition harvest index were highest.There is no significantly diference of N and P harvest index in different trentments,K harvest index was significantly difference.3. Fertilizer could promote the growth of flax and it's dry matter accumulation. Flax shoot and root ratio showed tendency to decend with the growth of flax. The use of chemical fertilizers, organo-inorgano-mixed fertilizer can significantly increase the number of flax effective capsule, grain number, grain weight, thereby enhancing the economic production of flax.Flax yield in the order of NPK> MNP> NP> M> NT> SNP> S> N> P> CK with different fertilizer, output increased by 24.9% - 206.2%.All of fertilizer MNP and NPK trentment reached highest yield, respectively of 2297kg.hm-2and 2271kg.hm-2, economic index changes the range of 0.292-0.368.4. Correlation analysis showed that: In different growth stages, flax nutrient uptake had significant positive correlation with soil nutrient content. Flax dry matter accumulation and nutrient uptake reached significant positive correlation.Flax nutients uptake was were significant positive correlation with yield.
