Under irrigated agriculture in semi-arid region northwestern conditions,Using spring wheat as test material, combining field experiment and analyzing indoors, the effects of different fertilization application on the dynamics Change of Soil available nutrient, absorption in grain,Straw,Root, yield and quality of spring wheat was studied. The results showed that:1.On the fields with high-K level, conway's N and available P in soil had the same dynamic changes with the development of wheat growing stages, the trends which increased from the seeding period to tillering period, decreased from tillering to shooting period ,increased from shooting period to filling ,and the last to decrease from harvest period. Available K in soil gradually decreased from seeding to harvest period with different fertilization treatments. During different growth stages in wheat, soil available nutrient amounts of all the fertilization treatments was higher than the control. NPK and NP treatments were significantly higher than N,P treatment, the effect of the organic treatments on conway's N and available P in soil was insignificant. Available K of NPK and M treatments was significantly higher than other treatments. the effect of F and CK treatments on soil nutrients was not significant.2.Scientific and Rational use of fertilization increased N,P and K content in spring wheat to some extent, Which compared with control. The treatment of NPK is most significant, the total uptake of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium increased respectively by156.9%,94.4%and 112.8%, The Maximum of nutrient index of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium is respectively 0.730,0.778,0.130.So Applying organic manure and chemical fertilizer has significantly effect on increasing crop N,P and K content.3.compared with the control treatments, Applying organic manure and chemical fertilizer could increase spring wheat yield and grain protein and lysine content,The output increased by 32.8% ~214.2%, the effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer increasing production is obvious. Combined application of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium has best effect, has significantly effect on increasing yield; The protein content is the same as the lysine content of the order , it is: NPK>MNP>NT>SNP>NP> M> N>S> P> CK. Combined application of nitrogen fertilizer phosphate fertilizer in the circumstances, the Enforcement manure or no-tillage measures taken to improve the quality of handling more favorable traits. So the appropriate nitrogen, phosphate, potash fertilizer and manure application with the spring wheat yield and quality regulation are positive effect.
