With partial diallel cross, Eight black glutinous maize inbred lines which originated from inland or oversea were used in the experiment. Combining ability and genetic parameter of major characters were appraised, genetic laws of seed quality c~haracters were studied, sibship of eight inbred lines was divided with RAPD technology. The results indicated: 1) Heisenuo and CBW2 inbred hues were emincnt parents with higher GCA on yield and yield constitutions. Y13W981616 was elite parent not only on protein content but also on Se content; YBW98 1634 and YBW98 1640 were eminent parent on fat content and VE content respectively. 2) Kernel yield~ ear diameter. rows in ear~ plant height and ear position were mainly controlled by the effects of additive gene; hundred kernel weight~ kernels of every ear line~ fat content and Se content were mainly controlled by the effects of non-additive gene; protein content and VE content were controlled by the effects of additive and non-additive gene. 3) F1 had extremely significant positive correlation with fat content of female parent, so is it with VE content; F1 fat content had significant positive correlation with Se content; 4)Three primers which had highly polymorphy to the amplified production of eight black glutinous maize inbred lines were selected, they are OP-AOL OP-AlL OP-C06, and eight inbred lines were divided into four classes...
