Experiment selected ten varieties including 5 CMS lines and 5 restorers. 5CMS lines (95A . ling hong A guizhaiA teA boA) ,5 restorers (gui99 xinghui22, ce253 tehuiSx tehui2) .A5 X 5 NC II mating design was completed . The studies included: agronomic characters and quality characters' simple correlation analysis, combining ability analysis. The following results were concluded:1. Brown rice rate and milled rice rate was significant positive correlation; Milled rice length and chalk rice rate, chalk area were extremely significant negative correlation , and kernel length/width was extremely significant positive correlation , but milled rile width and chalk rice rate was significant positive correlation, and kernel length/width was extremely negative correlation, and chalk area was positive correlation at some extent,but was not significant.2. Chalk rice rate and chalk area was extremely significant positive correlation. Gelatinization temperature x protein content and chalk rice rate were positive correlation at some extent, but were not significant . Amylose content and milled rice length was negative correlation , but was not significant.3. Planicles/plant and maximum tillers/plant > total grains/plant, yield/plant were extremely significant and significant positive correlation respectively , but maximum tillers /plant and effective tiller rate was significant negative correlation .4. Spikelet length and flag leaf length was extremely significant negative correlation, and 1000-grains weight existed a positive correlation, but was not significant.Total grains/plant and yield/plant was significant positive correlation.5. Brown rice rate and 1000- grains weight was significant positive correlation, kernel length and growth duration maximum tillers/plants planicles/plant were extremely significant negative correlation .6. Chalk rice rate and maximum tillers/plant, effective tillers/plant were significant positive correlation. Chalk area and maximum tillers/plant .. effective tillers/plant were extremelysignificant and significant positive correlation respectively. 7. It could be concluded through the analysis of the relative importance of GCA and SCA:?A line's mean squares of GCA was bigger than R line's . GCA'S mean squares was moreimportant than SCA'S. ?Head rice rate, chalk rice grade , spikelet fertility were mainly affected by SCA effect value atsignificant level.?Milled rice length, milled rice width, kernel length/width, gel consistence, gelatinization temperature, amlyose content, protein content, growth duration plant height, maximum tiller/plant, planicles/ plant, flag leaf width, total grains/plant, yield/plant . There were fourteen characters which were affected by A line's GCA effect value and combine SCA effect value at significant or extremely significant level, but affected by R line's GCA effect value at no-significant level. ?A line, R line and combine's GCA effect value affected milled rice rate, chalk rice rate, chalkarea, flag length, 1000-grains weight at significant or extremely significant level . ?Flag leaf width and spikelet length were affected by A line's GCA effect valu at significantlevel, by R line and combine 's GCA effect value at no-significant level.?Effective tillers rate was affected by GCA and SCA'S effect value , but was not significant level. In quality characters, milled rice rate was only affected by SCA effect value at no-significant level.8. Brown rice rate, head rice rate, chalk rice grade, gelatinizatinon temperature, effective tiller rate, total grains/plant, spikelet fertility, yield/plant, their narrow heritability was so low that heredity stead was comparatively bad .9.
