In this study, the two avian influenza virus ATV-H5 and H9, separated and tested from local disease chicken as research materials, which to be the immune antigen in the process of virus hyperlasia among the chickens, were successfully found the bivalent oil-emulsion deactivation strains. And at the same time, through further studing its physical properties, security and law of antibody growth and decline, we finally designed its scientific and reasonable immune procedure. Results indicated that the best dosage of experimental immunity chicks is 0.5 mL per chick, which can produce antibodies in 5 days after first immune. The antibody leads to peculiar antibody fast, In addition, it not only reaches ideal time quickly, but also sustains relatively long time. After second exempting, up to 200 days, the antibody still keeps high level. The immune is 21-day age for the first time, 120-day the second time. In a word, the originality of the bivalent oil-emulsion deactivation vaccine is proved to be fine, safe, stable, and has long-period immunity, high immunity protection, which has the significant academic meaning and practical value to control and eliminate the happening of avian influenza happening.
